Our front office staff makes exceptional customer service our priority. We are trained to make the details of your visit run smoothly and efficiently.

If you want to make an appointment with our therapists, call 207-879-7510. One of our office staff will assist you. You will need to give us the following information on the phone:

• Your name, address and telephone number.
• Who referred you to us, and the type of evaluation requested (women's health, men's health or orthopedic)
• The type of insurance you have or if you are a private pay patient.

We will schedule you for an evaluation, that takes 1 1/2 hours, and then schedule you for a follow up visit. We will send you paperwork to fill out that you will bring with you to your first visit.

We have an "in house" billing administrator who can answer your billing questions. We accept most Maine health insurance plans including Anthem, Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, MedNet, Health Care Value Management, Workman's Comp, and MVA insurance. We also take other private insurance. We accept private paying clients. We verify your insurance after we receive your intake paperwork and will review your physical therapy coverage with you at that time.
