Yoga at Holistic Wellness Center
Our program highlights the overlap between Pilates and Iyengar-influenced yoga. Classical yoga postures are taught integrating the language, movement, and postural principles of Pilates.

Intro to Yoga
Learn the fundamentals of yoga by applying our Pilates-based rehabilitation principles. This class is the pre-requisite to our mixed-level Yoga class.
Yoga
This mixed-level class expands the application of core activation to the full family of yoga postures with emphasis placed on building strength and flexibility in the upper and lower extremities.
Participants in the mixed-level yoga class must complete Intro to Yoga and have permission of the instructor to enroll.
